No-Show and Late Policy
Your appointment will be charged in full to your card on file if you no-show or arrive late past the 10-minute grace period. If you do not have a card on file and no-show, or cancel within 2 hours you may be added to the pre-pay only list for future appointments. If you are a repeat no-show, you will be blocked from making further appointments until you have paid for last missed appointment.
We completely understand that life events happen, so please call your booked barber/stylist if the unexpected came up. Any requested refund within the specified cancellation period will be performed at the sole discretion of the booked barber/stylist. Communication is always appreciated.
