South Cali Vibe - 12+ years of cosmetology experience and 1 year of solid barbering experience.  Ashley recently moved back to the PNW from LA. Ashley knows how to make the client feel at ease from working in high end shops from Ventura to Hollywood as she brings a great mix of styling experience. Ashley enjoys dancing, traveling, and spending quality time with family. 

Barber Bestie - 17 years of combined barbering and cosmetology experience - a pillar and top performer of Kitsap's 2021 "Best of the Best" Barber Shop, Silver City Barber Shop. Callie's top notch cutting skills and friendly personality makes her an instant client favorite. Callie specializes in both modern and classic cuts. 

Razors Out - 12+ years of barbering. Nikolai knew barbering was his calling from an early age and earned his professional license at Bates Technical at 19 years of age! He immediately began honing his skills working at the NEX Barbershop, and now showcases his talents and precision cuts and razor skills to everyone. Nikolai is an all-around proven barber that performs both traditional and modern style cuts, and specializes in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ hair. 

Country Comfort - 6+ years of cosmetology experience. Born and raised in the PNW. Tina left the high end salon chairs in Gig Harbor for a cool barber chairs in the best shop in Kitsap County to pursue her passion for classic men's cuts & hair designs. Tina's number one mission is to ensure her client leaves happy and looking their best. Her personable hospitality is what makes her clients keep coming back! Tina enjoys spending time with family, rocking out to country music, and PNW camping. 

13+ years experience with 9 years specialized in barbering. Born and raised in Kitsap County, Kate returned to her hometown of Poulsbo in 2023 to be near family again. Her experience includes working in a local-favorite barber shops, gentlemen’s barbershops, and a children's salon as well. Kate has been an artist since early childhood and loves the creativity involved in her profession. She thrives on working with her customers to ensure they leave with a fresh style that suits them and their lifestyle. Outside of the shop you’ll find her in a cozy coffeehouse, on a scenic stroll, or listening to her latest Podcast. 

The Barber's Barber - 22+ years of barbering experience plus 5 years of cosmetology experience - Comes from a family of barbers/stylist (six in total), one of the founding barbers of Silver City Barber Shop. Vickie specializes in modern and classic cuts, and traditional hot towel straight razor shaves. If Vickie were to ever stop cutting hair, she would be earning a Michelin Star for her Asian Cuisine.

New Beginnings - A fresh graduate of Costmetology, yet plenty of skill and experience in a variety of classic and modern cuts.  Aeryn is eager to advance her skills in barbering learning from our experienced professionals.  Aeryn shows a professionalism beyond her years.

Busy Bee - 6+ years of cosmetology/barber experience.  Theresa thrives in a rock'n shop where she can showcase her cuts and top notch customer service.  Theresa is skilled with all cuts for clients ranging from toddler to senior. Her diverse clientele has given her plenty of experience in a wide range of hairstyles; however, her talents really shine through for tailored men's scissor cuts, clipper fades and flat tops. Theresa embraces the classic barber atmosphere at Silver City Barber Shop and knows how to make clients look and feel their best. When Theresas not behind the chair, she's crafting, cooking, or exploring with her little family.

Wandering Barber - 6+ years of cosmetology experience and recent Kitsap County transplant. Kiersten has spent her whole life as a military kid and now a proud military spouse to a submariner. Kiersten describes herself as a wandering soul, adapting to new situations and places. Clients will quickly learn to enjoy Kiersten's open and friendly personality.  If not cutting hair, you’ll find Kiersten enthralled in a good book, singing her favorite songs and spending time with her family and friends.

Midwest Mama - 7 years of barbering and cosmetology experience.  What started as only hobby cutting friends and family, grew into a deep passion to make it her profession.  Mariah finds it highly rewarding to make any individual their best, but absolutely loves the opportunity to cut and style an entire family to get to know the Moms, the Pops and the kids.   Mariah enjoys her free time with her two kids and family. 

Slim Fadey - 8 years of barber experience.  Zack has dropped hair from SoCal, to Vegas to now world famous Silverdale.  Zack has a mastery of the clipper & razor and cuts a clean fade.   Zack has the personality that compliments our cool vibe and our customer and clients are going to appreciate the time and precision Zack takes to make every cut count.
